Join this eight-week Running Club for ages 18 and up to get you ready for your summer goals. The C25K Running Plan was designed for inexperienced runners who are beginning an exercise routine. Ivy will use the education from her Personal Training and Yoga 200 hour certification to teach strength and stretching techniques to prevent injury. She can answer questions and help you with a variety of goals. Run/walks will be progressive, therefore early registration and regular attendance is encouraged.
Time/Dates: 1 p.m. Tuesdays & Thursdays, March 2, 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 23, 28, 30. Fee: Members: $10; non-members: $20.
